Some marketer's promises are a little more conservative, though (yet far from realistic for most people!)…

Almost like deja vu, eh?
Sorry to disappoint … but this product it NOT LIKE THAT!
If you buy this product today, you won't wake up in 30 days time with an extra $10K in your bank account. In all likelihood, you won't even have an extra $5K in your account.

Marketers that sell these over-hyped products are pros at linking "guru results" (or at the very least, results from "ordinary people" that in reality are far from "ordinary") with the potential of you achieving the same.
They call it comparing apples to oranges.
